Story Time Book Drop
Reading with Sola works to get books directly into the hands of underrepresented children and schools. Moreover, the organization provides story time, which is one of the most powerful learning experiences for children because they naturally make sense of the world through story and play. Story time promotes language and literacy skills, but also strengthens cognitive and social-emotional skills as well. More Details
Literacy Kits
Early learning resources are critical to ensuring children in the Austin Metropolitan Area are ready for kindergarten and reading at grade-level by third grade.
Reading with Sola will be creating and distributing literacy kits containing a new, age-appropriate book, school supplies and information to empower underrepresented families around school readiness and literacy. More Details
